ON THE EYES: Vivid yellow with gold undertones.
ON THE NOSE: At first, it is delicate, fresh, and salty. A complex scent of figs, dried fruits, honey, truffle, and mocha, together with delicate vanilla and nutmeg, is introduced by juicy candied apricots and toasted notes.
ON THE PALATE The palate of this vintage is vibrant but well-balanced. Before a crisply nutty finish, hints of sweet mirabelle plum tart mix with candied citrus and toasted pears.
