Returns Information

You have the right to cancel a Product Contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for personalised products ordered by you.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the products.

How to Exercise the Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email. Please contact us at sales@pero-nino.com and include details of your order to help us identify it. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Condition of Returned Products

• Undamaged Products: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any signs of use or tampering may affect your eligibility for a refund.
• Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, we require photographic evidence before authorising a return. This is to ensure transparency and protect both parties involved. Please send clear photographs of the product showing the damages or defects, along with images of the packaging it arrived in.
