Frequently Asked

Ordering

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Delivery options and costs appear at checkout. Duties and import taxes outside the United Kingdom are the recipient's responsibility.

How will I know my order has gone?
Orders are picked and packed by hand at our warehouse in Poole, Dorset. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not yet been dispatched, write to sales@pero-nino.com and we will stop it. After dispatch, treat it as a return.

Returns

How long do I have?
Fourteen days from receiving the piece, without needing to give a reason. Personalised, engraved and commissioned items are the exception.

Who pays the return postage?
The customer, unless the piece is faulty or was damaged in transit.

What if it arrives broken?
Photograph the outer box and the piece before unpacking any further, and send the images to sales@pero-nino.com. We need the photographs before a return can be approved.

The pieces

Where do your things come from?
Workshops and small manufacturers, largely across Europe. Provenance and Makers sets out exactly how we choose.

Why is there never a sale on?
Because a permanent sale is only a price with an apology attached to it. We price a piece at what it is worth and then leave it alone.

Do you sell to the trade?
Yes. Designers, architects, estate managers and hospitality operators can open an account. See Trade and Contract.
