The second life of Dom Pérignon is produced by this additional time spent in the vaults and is known as Plénitude 2. It is a complex, profound, and concentrated champagne.
The character and structure of this second release of the 2004 vintage are comparable to those of the first, which was made available in 2013, but practically every aspect has been enlarged. It is deeper, longer, wider, and more intense.
