    ON THE NOSE: A faint vanilla scent and some delicate, creamy cream flavours.
    ON THE PALE: Rich, velvety texture; full and round; medium weight; and full body. With a tinge of white pepper and spice and some vanilla that veers between sweet and savoury notes
    THE FINISH: Pleasant length with hints of almond, clotted cream, and a hint of Brazil nut.
    IDENTITY COCKTAIL: Cucumber, 20 ml of lime juice, 45 ml of Belvedere vodka, 60 ml of pressed apple juice, and 10 ml of sugar syrup. To an ice-filled glass, add the ingredients. Top with soda water after stirring. Garnish with cucumber
