If you enjoy Whispering Angel, the ultra-dry, whisper-pink Provence rosé that is always in demand, then you undoubtedly looked forward to the release of the Château d'Esclans 2023 vintage.
The good news is that the 2023 release keeps everything you like about earlier vintages: it's pale and pure, with notes of citrus and red fruit, and it has a palate that is round and well-balanced, with superb acidity and structure. Nevertheless, it has a more creamy, textured, and substantial body. This rosé is nice and sophisticated.
